Delete my Siyana account

From the app

1. Open Siyana and sign in.
2. Go to My account (⋮ menu on the home screen, then “My profile”).
3. Tap “Delete account” and follow the steps.

Without the app

Write to us from your account's email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will handle your request as soon as possible.

What is deleted

• Listener account: your account, your information and your follows are deleted immediately.
• Imam or speaker account: deletion is applied 28 days after the request. Signing back in before then cancels it. You choose to leave your content online for listeners, or to delete everything: account, content, series and public profile.
• Content that had been reported is kept for 90 days before being permanently erased, only to review the report.
• Favourites, downloads and drafts saved on your phone disappear when you uninstall the app.
